The Ricoh Aficio MP C2500 is a 25 ppm A3 color laser multifunction from Ricoh's 2007 MP C2000/C2500/C3000 platform — same chassis as its mono-only siblings with a faster engine. It prints and copies at 25 ppm in mono and color up to 12x18, with auto duplex standard, dual 550-sheet drawers (1,100-sheet base capacity with bypass), a 50-sheet reversing ADF, and a 4.3-inch color touchscreen. The 75,000-page monthly duty cycle puts it in the 2,000-6,000 pages/month sweet spot for workgroups of 8-20 people. We sell or service this mostly to offices that bought it new in 2008-2010 and are running it past the lease — the engine is genuinely durable (500K+ page life is normal with regular PMs) and aftermarket toner is cheap. The thing buyers regret today: end-of-service from Ricoh, the controller is from the pre-Smart Operation Panel era and won't pass a modern security audit, and the reversing ADF is slow on duplex scan jobs. If you need a current equivalent at this speed, get the IM C2510.
