It prints and copies up to 50 pages per minute at 600 x 600 dpi, with a first copy time of 3.5 seconds and a 22-second warm-up. Standard paper capacity is 1,200 sheets across two 550-sheet trays and a 100-sheet bypass, expandable to 4,400 with the optional dual 550 PB3040 or 2,000-sheet PB3050 LCT. The 100-sheet ARDF handles double-sided originals up to 11x17, and scanning runs to email, network folder, the 40 GB HDD, FTP, SMB, or scan-to-URL. The 8.5-inch WVGA color touchscreen handles job programming, the customizable home screen, and quota setting for up to 500 user codes. Connectivity is 10/100 Ethernet plus USB 2.0 standard; Gigabit, 802.11a/b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and IEEE 1284 are options. Memory is 768 MB standard with the 40 GB HDD on board.
