The stationary line-head technology eliminates carriage movement, dropping noise and wear vs. a scanning head and giving instant single-pass color. The 1,150-sheet capacity holds about 4 days of paper for a 25-person office. Footprint is roughly 28 x 27 inches and weight is around 100 lb. Power draw is under 200 W during print and 1 W in sleep, and pigment ink cartridges deliver 20K mono and 16.5K color page yields. Honest regret: at 1,150 sheets the 7250F has half the capacity of the WG7250Z (2,250 sheets) — for 60+ person offices the 7250Z is the right pick.
