The goal is to cut total print costs, reduce downtime, and free your staff from ordering toner and babysitting devices.

How much can managed print save my business?

It depends on your fleet size, how old your devices are, and how much waste exists today, so we don’t quote a one-size-fits-all percentage. Yes. The MPS Monitor agent uses encrypted, one-way outbound communication to report supply levels and meter reads, it does not capture document content. We can also help configure device security such as secure release printing, user authentication, and hard-drive data protection on supported copiers.
