Titan Office Solutions is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing copier installations and set-ups, as well as providing maintenance and support to our customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Install and set up copiers at customer sites.

Provide regular maintenance and support to customers as needed.

Troubleshoot copier issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of all service calls and parts used.

Work closely with customers to identify their needs and provide recommendations for service and upgrades.

Train customers on how to use their copiers effectively.

Keep up-to-date on the latest copier technology and trends.

 

Requirements:

 

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in copier installation and maintenance.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Titan Office Solutions is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling copiers and other office technology to new and existing customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

Prospect for new business opportunities and generate leads.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate copiers and office technology.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.

Negotiate and close sales deals.

Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Collaborate with the service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Keep up-to-date on the latest copier and office technology trends and innovations.

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred).

Experience in B2B sales, preferably in copiers or office technology.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
