It prints and copies up to 30 ppm in both black and color at 1200 x 1200 dpi, scans single-pass duplex at 300 ipm via the 220-sheet SPDF, and is rated for a 100,000-page monthly duty cycle (Ricoh recommends staying around 8,000 pages/month for sane toner economics). Standard paper capacity is 1,200 sheets across two 550-sheet trays plus a 100-sheet bypass, expandable to 4,700 sheets with optional banks and the 2,000-sheet side LCIT. The 10.1" Smart Operation Panel runs the same Always Current Technology firmware as the rest of Ricoh's IM lineup, so satellite offices on a Ricoh fleet stay consistent. Connectivity is Gigabit Ethernet plus USB standard; Wi-Fi, NFC, and Bluetooth are optional via the interface unit.
