This is older generation — the C3504 is the current equivalent — so it's a sensible refurbished buy when pricing is sharp. Print, copy, scan, and fax with full wireless connectivity, plus optional finishing modules including stapling. Auto duplex standard. The interface is the older Ricoh control panel rather than the Smart Panel touchscreen, which limits workflow customization but is straightforward for basic walk-up tasks.
