The Ricoh MP C2503 is a desktop-form color MFP delivering 25 pages per minute in color and black at 1200x1200 dpi, sized for small offices doing 3,000-5,000 pages a month. Connectivity covers Wi-Fi, Ethernet, USB, and Bluetooth, and auto duplex comes standard. Print, copy, scan, and fax all live in one chassis. It's the predecessor to the C2504 — same speed, similar footprint — and it's a sensible buy used or refurbished if you find one well below the C2504's price. The interface is the older 4.3-inch LCD rather than a Smart Panel touchscreen, which is fine for basic walk-up jobs but limits workflow customization. The regret: this is an older generation with shorter support runway, so think hard about parts availability if you plan to keep it five-plus years. Ricoh has formally moved to the C2504 and beyond as the active product, so dealer attention and firmware updates have wound down. New, the C2504 makes more sense at any reasonably similar price point. Refurbished, you need at least 30% off to justify the trade-off.
