The Ricoh Aficio MP 3352 is a black-and-white A3 multifunction copier built for workgroups of 10-25 people that need real tabloid (11x17) print, copy, and scan in one floor-standing unit. It's the successor to the MP 3351 — same speed (33 ppm) and same 100,000-page monthly duty cycle, but with a larger 8.5-inch WVGA touchscreen, Gigabit Ethernet standard, and the option to upgrade the standard 100-sheet reversing ARDF to a 220-sheet single-pass duplex feeder if you scan a lot of two-sided originals. Print resolution is 1200 x 1200 dpi with a 4.5-second first copy. Standard paper capacity is 1,100 sheets across two 500/550-sheet trays plus the bypass; max is 3,150 sheets with the optional paper bank. Auto duplex print is standard for letter and ledger, walk-up USB and SD slots are on the front panel. The thing buyers regret: not specifying the single-pass DF on day one. The base ARDF is fine for 50 sheets a day; if your operators are scanning 200+ duplex originals, the reversing mechanism is the bottleneck. The MP 3352 is officially superseded by the IM 3500 in Ricoh's current lineup, but toner, parts, and dealer support are still solid for working installs.
