The practical difference: a small A/E/C team that prints 500-3,000 large pages a month can run batch jobs unattended on the T950 — operator drops a 100-sheet stack into the tray, batch prints overnight, comes back to a sorted stacker in the morning. On the T850 someone has to stand near the printer to feed and collect. Connectivity is Gigabit Ethernet plus 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi standard. Security is HP Wolf Pro Security, Secure Boot, allowlisting, SIEM integration — the standard pass-list for managed-print environments.
